Born in Petrer (Alicante). He began his musical studies at the local band (Union Músical Petrer), then continues his studies at the Professional Conservatory of Elda and Superior Oscar Esplá from Alicante with Martin Blanes, F. Florido and J. Mula. He made a program of Advanced Studies at the University of Southern California (USC) where he studied with Y. Gilad and D. Howard (Orq. Phil. Of Los Angeles).
Perfects his clarinet studies with teachers like L. Passin, J. Domenech, E. Hoeprich, C. Riera, C. Lawson, F. Meloni, J.L Estellés, V. Herrera, etc.
In 1994 receives First Prize in Clarinet Studies by the Cons. Sup. Oscar Esplá from Alicante. The same year he joined the Youth Orchestra of the Region of Murcia, which was a component for four years.
It is awarded with Second Prize in the National Competition of Young Performers Ruperto Chapi and receives Honorable Mention at the end of his studies at the Cons. Sup. Oscar Esplá from Alicante (1996).
Dr. Bello participate in the International Festival of Youth Orchestras Murcia ’97 as a member of the International Orchestra and the Festpieltreffen Bayreuth (Germany) as a member of the Festival Orchestra. Was a member of the Thornton Symphony Orchestra (USC) and collaborates with Devud Symphony Orchestra and Wild Ginger Philharmonic in Los Angeles, performing in places like Universal Studios Hollywood, Alfred Newman Recital Hall and Wilshire Ebell Theater in Los Angeles.
In Spain collaborates with orchestras such as the Symphony Orchestra of Barcelona and National of Catalunya and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Galicia. He has performed at main auditoriums in Spain like Murcia, Valencia, Zaragoza, Santiago de Compostela, etc.
He currently works at the Profesional Conservatory of Music of Coruña where he teaches clarinet and collaborates with various chamber groups.
In the field of musical research is Doctor of Pedagogy PhD, (he was awarded with the First Prize in 2013) and has published some articles on music education in various national and international conferences.
